World Symphony Series: Winter Season 2009

Bryan Wallick, a Juilliard graduate and a gold medalist of the Vladimir Horowitz International Piano Competition, plays Brahms's remarkable Piano Concerto No. 1 for his debut with the KZNPO. A work of great beauty and emotion, it is well complemented by Haydn’s contrasting and distinctive Symphony No. 81. Emminent African-American conductor Leslie Dunner is on the podium.
